Our goal is to eliminate the pain points of payment terms that continue to exceed far beyond 90+ days. We also used this opportunity to deliver a faster platform that is scalable, easy to use and intuitive, using customer insight and data to determine the best use of features. • • Request funding instantly: With a streamlined flow, you can request funding with just a click from within RevHub’s dashboard

Performance & Scalability

The previous portal had some difficulty in handling larger datasets. This slowed down accessing critical financial data.

• • Instant access to data: RevHub’s rebuilt front‑end and back‑end leverage modern frameworks to deliver real‑time commission data and advance information in a single view. Pages load in under two seconds.
  • Responsive across devices: A component‑based design ensures that RevHub looks and feels consistent on any screen size, from smartphones to desktops.
  • Scalable architecture: The back‑end has been re‑engineered for horizontal scalability, enabling us to serve large datasets reliably and support high‑impact workflows without latency or bugs.
  • Modular components: A modular architecture accelerates future enhancements, so you’ll see new features rolled out faster than ever before.

Simplified Reporting

Accurate, timely reports are critical for reconciling commissions, advances and transactions. The previous portal had made a great start in showing this visibility, however we knew we had some way to go to enable our customers to access and filter data, especially during month‑end.

What’s new:

• Redesigned reporting pages: The commissions, advances and transactions pages have been overhauled to make it easier to read and reconcile data. You can access real‑time reports and download them for your own analysis.
• New dashboard widgets: Widgets on the main dashboard provide at‑a‑glance views of key metrics, including collections and advance balances.
• Improved VAT representation: Calculations and displays related to VAT have been refined to give you clearer insight into taxes on your transactions.
• Advanced filtering and search: Filter variables and customise views with precise breakdowns of revenue streams over time. Search by invoice number or payment reference to quickly locate specific transactions.

A Smart Dashboard Designed for You

Feedback from customers from the V1 of the dashboard required too many clicks to find the most important information. With RevHub we wanted to change that. 

What’s new:

• Available funding at a glance: See how much funding you can access immediately and request funding directly from the dashboard.
• Latest advances and collections: Track recent advances and collections without navigating away from the main page.
• Outstanding amounts broken down by advertiser and currency: Get a clear picture of what is owed and in which currency, so you can manage cash flow more effectively.
• Smarter navigation: Links and filters take you straight to the details you need, eliminating unnecessary clicks and helping you answer questions faster.

Access Management

As your organisation grows, you need a financial visibility and insights that scales with you. 

What you are able to do:

• • Manage programmes and revenue sources: Add, pause or remove programmes/revenue sources and campaigns directly from the portal.
  • Multiple user access with roles: Invite team members and assign different levels of access, ensuring that everyone sees exactly what they need to see.
